It gives students all the knowledge required to manage and supervise food safety systems, in relation to HACCP and Food Standards Agency in the UK.

Duration:         2 Day - Live Webinar Seminar format, followed by a Work Based Assignment


Assessment:   Multiple choice examination

Prerequisite: Recommended understanding and knowledge of basic food hygiene – ideally the Level 2 Award in Food Safety taken within the last three years
